Mohuns Ottery Holiday Cottage Devon
The cottage that sleeps up to 6 is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty just 4 miles from the historic market town of Honiton in East Devon. The cottage sits at the end of a private road, allowing complete privacy and peace.
Standing within 230 acres of farmland, including ¾ mile private frontage to the River Otter. There are beautiful private walks and woodland with superb views.

Feel free to bring a fishing rod with you and try and catch the trout. Kingfishers also share the river so try not to disturb them!

Mohuns Ottery - The Cottage
The holiday cottage is amazingly spacious, boasting nearly 2000 sq ft. The accommodation has been arranged in such a way to make the most of all the original features. The stunning feature that can be found in the holiday cottage is it's listed Tudor fireplace stretching almost 20ft wide - creating a wonderful and unique atmosphere when lit. Leading off from the sitting room is a hallway to the double bedroom. The double bedroom features a 5ft bed. The spacious second bedroom has two single beds and a superior double sofa bed allowing extra accommodation and enough space for a cot.
Local Area
Only a short distance from the holiday cottage is the thriving market town of Honiton that is full of antique and interesting shops. Exeter, the capital of Devon is only a 25 minute drive and has a stunning Cathedral. The Somerset County Town of Taunton is also a similar distance away. There are a whole host of beautiful beaches located around 30 minutes from the holiday cottage including Lyme Regis, Beer and Sidmouth. There are also lovely houses and gardens to explore in travelling distance such as Knightshayes, Killerton and Forde Abbey. A good choice of pubs and restaurants are in the area, offering enjoyable and relaxing meals for you and the family to enjoy.
